BPR Rama Ganda Training

On November 18, 2025, Quantara Consulting had the opportunity to deliver an inspiring Capacity Building Program for 38 passionate employees of BPR Rama Ganda. The interactive session centered around two powerful themes to spark organizational growth: "Start with WHY" and "Strategy in Action".

During the training, we explored how every meaningful step begins with a clear purpose, and how turning that purpose into strategic actions can drive real impact. Finding your "why" is about uncovering the deeper meaning behind your work so that every decision aligns with your core values. It was an absolute pleasure to engage with such an enthusiastic group, and we are incredibly excited to see the BPR Rama Ganda team continue to grow and rise with renewed purpose
